Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (caused by the customer)
  • Custom-made or personalized wooden figures
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged)
  • Reason for return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please mention it in your email. Exchanges depend on product availability.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
